Nairobi, Kenya· Working with clients across Kenya and East Africa
From a five-page business site to a full enterprise platform — one team, same standards, transparent pricing. Every service carries a published band, quoted in Kenyan shillings because that is the currency you budget, procure and pay in. Your own number is fixed in a signed statement of work before any work starts, and it does not move unless you change the scope.

02
KES 750,000 – 6,000,000+
Per project
What moves the price
Number of distinct user roles, how many existing systems it has to integrate with, and whether data must be migrated off a legacy platform.
KES 120,000 – 450,000
Per project
What moves the price
Page count, whether the design is bespoke or built on a design system, and whether you need e-commerce, payments or a content-management workflow.
KES 350,000 – 2,500,000+
Per project
What moves the price
One platform or both, whether the app must work offline, M-Pesa or card payments, and whether a backend already exists to build against.
KES 450,000 – 1,200,000
Per project
What moves the price
How many core journeys are in scope. We hold an MVP to one workflow proven end to end — widening it turns the engagement into a full build and is priced as one.
KES 150,000 – 700,000
Per project
What moves the price
Screen count, how much user research runs before design starts, and whether you need a reusable component library or a single set of screens.
KES 180,000 – 1,500,000

How many systems have to exchange data, whether they expose usable APIs, and the record volume moving between them.
KES 400,000 – 3,500,000+
Per project
What moves the price
Whether your data is already clean and reachable, ongoing model hosting costs, and how much accuracy testing is required before go-live.
KES 90,000 – 900,000
Per project
What moves the price
A single M-Pesa STK Push against an existing system sits at the floor. Multi-system integrations with reconciliation, retries and audit logging sit near the top.
03
KES 900,000 – 4,000,000
Per project
What moves the price
Departments and reports covered, approval hierarchies, and KRA eTIMS or M-Pesa reconciliation. Configuring an established open-source ERP instead of building custom costs materially less — we will say so if that is the better fit.
KES 4,000,000 – 8,000,000+
Per project
What moves the price
A full custom build, for when no existing platform fits. Multi-location operations, complex approval chains, and deep integration with government systems.
KES 250,000 – 1,800,000
Per migration
What moves the price
Number of workloads, downtime tolerance during cutover, and compliance requirements. Ongoing managed operations — monitoring, patching, tested restores — run from KES 45,000 per month.
KES 25,000 – 180,000
Per month
What moves the price
The response time we commit to in writing, hours included each month, and whether we are on call outside business hours. As a planning rule, budget 15–25% of the original build cost per year.
KES 8,000 – 18,000
Per hour
What moves the price
Seniority of the advisor and the depth of review. Fixed-scope pieces — architecture review, security review, vendor selection — are quoted as a package from KES 150,000.
KES 550,000 – 850,000
Per engineer, per month
What moves the price
Seniority and specialism. Rates assume full-time allocation on a minimum three-month engagement, and fall for longer commitments.
Why we publish the numbers
You should be able to tell whether we are in your budget before spending an hour on a call. The bands are benchmarked against published Kenyan agency rates, not set to a target margin.
Fixed, not estimated
The band narrows to one number in a signed statement of work. Hourly estimates that drift upward are how projects overrun, so we do not quote that way.
We will talk you down
If a cheaper route solves your problem — configuring established software rather than building it — we say so, even when it means a smaller invoice for us.
Tell us what you are trying to build. We reply within one working day, and if your budget cannot cover what you are describing we say so on the first call instead of quoting anyway.
