Web Development
Corporate websites, e-commerce and web applications that hold up under real traffic.
Your website is usually the first thing a prospective client checks before they call. We build sites that load quickly on a Kenyan mobile connection, are readable on any screen, can be updated by a non-technical colleague, and are structured so search engines can actually index them.
Typical investment
KES 120,000 – 450,000
Per project
Page count, whether the design is bespoke or built on a design system, and whether you need e-commerce, payments or a content-management workflow.
The band narrows to a single fixed price in a signed statement of work before any work begins. See bands for every service.
What you get
Deliverables, not adjectives
- Design and build of the pages agreed in scope, responsive from mobile up
- A content management setup so your team can edit copy without a developer
- Technical SEO groundwork: titles, metadata, sitemap, structured data, clean URLs
- Performance work on images, fonts and bundle size, measured before handover
- Analytics and a working contact or enquiry path that delivers to a real inbox
- Domain, DNS, SSL and hosting configuration
Good fit for
Is this the right service?
- Companies whose current site was built years ago and cannot be edited
- Businesses that need to look credible in a procurement or tender review
- Retailers moving from social-media selling to a proper storefront

How we work
From first call to handover
- 01
Discovery call
A free 30-minute conversation about the problem, the constraints and the budget range. If we are not the right fit, we say so on this call.
- 02
Scope & written quote
We define what the first release includes and excludes, then quote it as a fixed price in a statement of work you can take to procurement.
- 03
Design & architecture
Screens and data model agreed before the build. Changing a diagram is cheaper than changing a shipped feature.
- 04
Build in increments
Short cycles with something reviewable at the end of each. You see progress in a working environment, not in a status report.
- 05
Test & launch
Functional, performance and security checks, a staged rollout with a rollback path, and a launch date agreed rather than announced.
- 06
Handover & support
Documentation, training and code in a repository you own — followed by a support retainer if you want us to keep it running.
Questions
What buyers ask before signing
Can you integrate M-Pesa?
Yes. We work with the Daraja API for STK push and C2B flows, alongside card processors where you need both. Payment integrations are always tested against the sandbox before we go anywhere near live keys.
Will we be able to update the site ourselves?
That is the default. We set up content editing for the parts that change often and show your team how to use it during handover.
Do you redesign existing sites?
Yes, and we will tell you when a redesign is not what you need. Sometimes the problem is content and site structure rather than the visual design.
Let's scope your web development work
Tell us the problem and the constraints. You get a written scope and a fixed price within three working days — or an honest note that this is not something we should take on.
