Workflow Automation with n8n
Automating the copy-paste work between the tools you already pay for.
Most offices lose hours a week moving data between a form, a spreadsheet, an accounting package and email. We map those handovers and automate them — usually with n8n, which we can self-host on your own infrastructure so your data never leaves it. Automations are built to log what they did and to tell someone when they fail.

How many systems have to exchange data, whether they expose usable APIs, and the record volume moving between them.

What you get
Deliverables, not adjectives
- A map of the current process, with the manual steps and the time they cost
- Automated workflows covering the steps agreed as in scope
- A self-hosted n8n instance on your infrastructure, where data residency matters
- Credential handling kept out of the workflow definitions themselves
- Error alerting and retry logic, so a silent failure cannot go unnoticed
- Documentation and training so your team can adjust workflows themselves
Good fit for
Is this the right service?
- Teams re-entering the same data into two or more systems
- Recurring reports someone assembles by hand every week
- Approval or onboarding chains that stall waiting on an email

How we work
From first call to handover
- 01
Discovery call
A free 30-minute conversation about the problem, the constraints and the budget range. If we are not the right fit, we say so on this call.
- 02
Scope & written quote
We define what the first release includes and excludes, then quote it as a fixed price in a statement of work you can take to procurement.
- 03
Design & architecture
Screens and data model agreed before the build. Changing a diagram is cheaper than changing a shipped feature.
- 04
Build in increments
Short cycles with something reviewable at the end of each. You see progress in a working environment, not in a status report.
- 05
Test & launch
Functional, performance and security checks, a staged rollout with a rollback path, and a launch date agreed rather than announced.
- 06
Handover & support
Documentation, training and code in a repository you own — followed by a support retainer if you want us to keep it running.
Questions
What buyers ask before signing
Why n8n rather than Zapier or Make?
n8n can be self-hosted, so sensitive records stay on infrastructure you control, and its pricing does not scale per task — which matters once volumes grow. Where a hosted platform is the better fit for a small workload, we will recommend that instead.
What happens when an automation breaks?
Every workflow we build logs its runs and alerts a named person on failure. Silent automation is worse than a manual process, because nobody notices for a month.
Can we maintain the workflows after handover?
Yes — that is part of why we favour a visual platform. We train your team on the workflows they will realistically need to change, and stay available for the more complex ones.

Tell us the problem and the constraints. You get a written scope and a fixed price within three working days — or an honest note that this is not something we should take on.
